Firstly, Click on the category you would like to browse. By clicking the category you will be shown the various areas within the category such as polos, shirts, etc. For our example we will use the Biz Collection category. |

From the Biz Collection section, we can now navigate to the appropriate sub-category to view the available and relevant products. For this example we will click on the Polos sub category | |

As a user, you would scroll up and down the page until you find a product you are interested in. From there, simply click on the items name as illustrated. For this example we will use the 3 Panel Polo with Piping | |

Once you are happy withe appropriate product, you will need to select the specific attributes such as Size and Colour. After you have these selected, simply click the add to cart button. This will then pop up a small window which will confirm the add to cart and will ask you whether or not you would like to continue shopping or view the cart. You can continue browsing and adding as many products to your shopping cart as you like. One you are finished, you simply need to go to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. For this example we will use the View Cart option. (This is also accessible by cliking the SHOW MY CART button in the top menu ) |

Once you are happy with the order, simply click the Checkout option. This will then take you though the checkout process as outlined below. Please note that a $50 minimum order value applies to all sales. the checkout option will not be available for order below this amount. | |
For the checkout process you are required to create an account. Don't worry, we will never give out your information to anyone and this information is stored in an encrypted format on our server. This information is also passed through SSL which means the information cannot be stolen on the way to our servers (this is the LOCK symbol on the site, also evident through the https:// connection)
If you are a returning customer you can simply logon to the system (the system will remember your address details and so forth for ease of use). For new customers, simply click the New? Please Provide Your Billing Information option and complete all the required information.
From there you can continue with the intuitive checkout process to complete your order.
